Become a Managing Broker--In Illinois, the Managing Broker is the person who is responsible for all the real estate activities within the office. The Managing Broker oversees Brokers, Staff and Leasing Agents. With a Managing Broker license an individual can start their own brokerage company if desired.
To become a Managing Broker in Illinois you need to meet the following criteria:
This course meets the educational requirements of the State of Illinois to take the Managing Broker State Exam. The State requires the 45 hour Managing Broker Combination course. This is a two part course with the first 30 credit hours Topics course being the home study portion. The second part is the 15 hour Interactive classroom portion.
The 30 hour Topics home study quizzes must be completed before students may take the interactive class.
