Illinois currently has a Reciprocal License Agreement with 10 states to allow agents holding a license in 1 State, to attain their License in another with reduced requirements. Some States call it "Reciprocity" while others call it "Mutual Recognition". These programs work for both Broker as well as Managing Broker Licenses.

While these States do not require you to take additional courses to take the State Exam, we highly recommend you take a Test Prep Course to make sure you're familiar with the differences in each State prior to taking the exam.
